    Restoration Companies are usually the first responders following significant damage to a home from floods and fires, water damage, sewage backup and other major events. The job of a restoration company is to clean up the mess and to preserve and protect the home and its contents so that further damage will not occur.

  • Will my homeowner's insurance cover water damage?

    A standard homeowners insurance policy will cover water damage within the home if it’s determined that the cause was sudden and came from inside the house. Weather related events that cause water damage may also be covered in a standard homeowners insurance policy. Please inquire about your policy details with your insurance agent.

  • How much does KC Roofing and Renovation Solutions charge?

    KCRR will complete the insurance work depicted in the insurance claim document scope for the measurement totals and prices provided in the insurance document.

    A separate invoice for mitigation will be provided as it is approved by your insurance company.

    A separate invoice for supplements will be provided as more items are uncovered. Please inquire with your insurance agent about whether the mitigation will be covered. Many policies require a homeowner to take immediate action to prevent any more preventable damage from taking place.

When loss happens, you cannot afford to wait. KC Roofing and Renovation Solutions has all of the necessary equipment to extract the water, demo, dry it out, and get the space back to normal. Once we complete the mitigation, we can build the space back to its original beauty!

As winter progresses there are also increases in damage from winter storms. Lightning strikes may cause fires or water damage due to flooding.
